FAQ’s
Can we camp next to our friends?
Yes that is possible, we do not allocate any pitches as we like you to choose, so if with friends, when you arrive find a suitable spot for you all, and save the space for your friends, if some need hookup please just choose an end hookup spot, the same applies for caravans or motor homes with hookups.
Groups of more than 2 units are only taken on the express agreement that they are not noisy or disruptive, noisy group games or play are not allowed on site, a request must be made prior to booking and a designated leader must be named on each booking, the leader may be fined up to £250 per occasion if any part of the group do not stay within our clear terms and conditions.
What’s the best way to book for a group?
We advise each person makes their own booking online, they will have all the details they need that way and no later payments to sort etc. They also then get ll the information they need so far less work all round.
On the first stage of the booking process it says how many of your chosen units are available. So check we have space for all the units of each type you require.
Then email use and let us know all the names for bookings.
Advise your group to book within 24hrs of each other and put your full name in the comments box of their booking. That way we guarantee to get you all in so long as there was space when the first booking came in.
If I wish to book all my group how can i do this?
If your doing the bookings for your group maybe think about the above method but if you still wish to do this yourself as you get towards the end of the first booking it says, “Do you wish to add another booking” If you click on yes, you can then add another unit of any type which has availability.
We advise doing a max of 4 x bookings this way then if need be start afresh with another booking if required. You will then need to ensure you pass all the pre arrival information onto each party once you get it by email a day or so before arrival.
Our Friends are Glamping can we camp near them?
Yes, the two fields are adjacent to each other so you’ll never be far away. Children must always be accompanied by an adult into the glamping field and please always respect other Glampers. If you wish to Glamp next your friends who are Glamping please book suitable tents 1,2,3,4,5 are in a row and tents 6,7,8 are in a row behind, tent 6 being between 1&2, tent 7 being between 2 &3, and tent 8 being between 3&4.
The shepherds hut is behind tent 5 and next to Tent 8
